Owners of the Land Rover Defender L663 (90, 110, and 130) running heavy-load overland builds or oversized tires face two problems with factory cast wheels: excessive unsprung mass slows suspension rebound on corrugated surfaces, and cast construction lacks the structural density to resist cracking under rock and rut impacts. Generic aftermarket wheels also use incorrect offsets, causing wide all-terrain tires to contact suspension arms and inner fender linings at full steering lock. This OCTA-style series is machined to L663 hub dimensions with the correct offset for each size - no hub rings, no rubbing.

Manufactured from a single block of 6061-T6 aluminum using a high-pressure monoblock forging process. Forging compresses the aluminum molecular structure to eliminate internal voids, producing higher resistance to bending and cracking while reducing unsprung weight per wheel. The 5-120 bolt pattern and 72.6mm center bore seat directly onto the original L663 hub using factory wheel bolts.
