Summer Auto Parts — Refund & Return Policy
Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Custom and made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Eligibility For returns unrelated to product defects, items must be uninstalled, unused, and in original packaging with all included accessories and documentation. Opened or installed products will not be accepted.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defect returns. Return and outbound shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If your order originally shipped free, the actual outbound freight cost will be deducted from your refund.
Change of Mind Items returned for personal reasons must be uninstalled, unused, and in original condition. You are responsible for both-way shipping costs and the 15% restocking fee. Free-shipping orders will also have the original outbound freight deducted.
Wrong Item Received Do not open or install the item. Email info@summerautoparts.com with your order number and clear photos of what was received. Once verified, we will arrange the return and ship the correct item at no additional cost.
Defective on Arrival Contact info@summerautoparts.com immediately. Our team will walk you through basic diagnostic steps. If the item is confirmed defective and cannot be repaired, you may choose a free replacement or a full refund — provided the claim is made within 30 days of delivery.
How to Return
- Email info@summerautoparts.com with your reason for return and supporting photos or video.
- Our team will review and respond with an approved solution.
- If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the shipping address.
- Pack the item securely and ship within 7 business days of receiving return approval.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your replacement or refund promptly.
Refund Processing Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically processed within 1–2 weeks depending on your bank. You will receive an email confirmation once completed.
Exchanges To exchange an item, first submit a return request and receive approval. Then place a new order for the replacement item. Your refund for the returned item will be processed once we receive and inspect it.
Missing Components All returns must include original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Items returned incomplete may be subject to a deduction based on the value of missing components.
